We are also fully experienced with a wide range of underground scanning services: utility mapping; underground storage tanks (fuel / oil / septic); drain fields; voids & sinkholes. Typically, GPR scanning is requested after a project encounters a problem, as a reactive measure. In these cases it’s typically used like a fancy 2D locate, marking findings directly on the surface so work can proceed as soon as possible. We are highly proficient with this type of work and execute our projects with the best efficiency of time and cost. However, with our expertise and background, we’re also able to offer advanced 3D services to supplement your bidding and design/build challenges. We can create accurate 3D models of existing conditions. In effect, we can produce as-built documentation based on the actual existing conditions. This can control both the cost-overruns and schedule impact of encountering unexpected conditions.
